Floor stripping & waxing for rental space
For this project, Netcorp was called upon to renovate the vinily tile floors of a rental office space for a client in the real estate industry in order to put the rental space back on the market. The challenge on this project was the removal of traces and rust marks on the floor caused by the metal furniture.

The project, measuring approximately 1000 ft2, was completed in 1 day thanks to our methods of cleaning, stripping and waxing vinyl tile floors. Subsequently, we applied 3 coats of wax to protect the floor and obtain a shiny finish.
