Parking Space cleaning
Quebec winters have no pity for the floors in your parking lots! Especially if they are based on asphalt. The cause? The salt and mud that accumulates on Quebec roads slip into your winter tires and everything ends up accumulating on your parking lot.
Unfortunately, pressure washing is often not effective in removing salt that has seeped into the asphalt, hence the need to call in a specialized cleaning service for your parking!
About the project
The Netcorp team was mandated to clean the areas of an indoor parking lot using our specialized cleaning methods to remove salt marks (see main image). Our team’s know-how has been able to remove most of the salt marks embedded in the parking lot.
Parking Maintenance
Although our teams have removed most of the calcium residue from the parking lot, it is advisable to do a water wash after each winter season to prevent the salt from accumulating and getting further embedded on the asphalt. An abandoned parking area will no longer be able to be cleaned with a simple water wash or water pressure and will need a specialized parking cleaning as shown in the picture.
